Exchange & Return

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from The Meadow & The Song. If, however, for any reason you would like to exchange or return your purchase please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order by email. We will then confirm your return request, and provide you the returns address. 

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with all tags attached and in the item's original packaging.

In the unlikely event a product is faulty we will refund the full purchase price.

Return charges are the customer's responsibility, and we strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, with a proof of postage, as we are unable to refund or exchange items not received.

We do not cover postage charges.

Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.

Personalised, sale or discounted items are final and are excluded from our returns policy, unless faulty. 

If you want to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at themeadowandthesong@gmail.com

If the order is cancelled before it ships and we have already charged your card, then we will of course issue a full refund upon your instruction. 

Please note that The Meadow & The Song do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
